Customer Review: Good but, not high quality
I was happy with the club portion of this product. They work well and seem to weighted correctly. I was unhappy that the clubs ripped the rain cover during shipping. As well the legs don't always want to come out when they are supposed to. The back pack like feature of the bag is good though. I would recommend, but wish they would fix problem with the flimsy rain guard.
Customer Review: found the right product !!!
It is perfect....my grandson was absolutely thrilled. An excellent product for the money...Very smooth transaction...delivered promptly...thank you !! E. Ulrich

Many amateur golf players want to get a professional type game such as an Ernie Els golf swing. Ernie Els was a two time US Open and British Open winner and has been rated as one of the best players in the world, often only coming second to Tiger Woods.

Many people admire his smooth golf swing and it is understandable how players would want to copy this faultless and seemingly easy action. Many people try to change the technical aspects of their swing but interestingly Ernie Els has been quoted as saying that he is not that concerned with the technical side, swing position or mechanics but is more interested in the feel.

This may come as a surprise to many people who work hard to improve the technical side of their swing. Unfortunately stopping ding this and just concentrating on the feel can be pretty tricky. It is not easy for an amateur playing to work on feel alone. It is work noting that improving physical fitness and specifically improving your golf specific muscular strength and flexibility could be a big help.

This means that you concentrate on strengthening and toning the muscles that you use during the golf swing in order to improve you game. So rather than worry about the technical side of your swing, you rely on your muscle strength and the flexibility of your body to help you to do better. It is surely worth trying if you can get an Ernie Els golf swing.

Mike Pedersen helps golfers' improve their golf swing power, consistency and golf swing faults by addressing the physical limitations in their golf swing.

Do you want to discover the secret to creating more power and consistency in your golf swing... AND eliminating ALL your swing faults?

Lightning Disc Golf Starter Bag

The Lightning Starter Bag is a great affordable bag for disc golfers. Bag may or may not have Lightning logo on front pocket. Discs / water bottle not included.
Customer Review: great bag for the buck
nothing fancy, but it does the job. And for the price, you can't beat it! My only gripe is that the bottle holder is a bit small....
Customer Review: Great little bag
Bought this bag for myself and like it so much I bought a second 2 weeks later for my wife. It's the perfect size for those who like to carry 5-10 discs with them (which is more than enough for most players IMO). The drink holder (bottle is not included) fits all standard bottled waters & 16oz soft drinks from the convenience store. Zippered pocked is great for holding car keys, smokes, wallet and anything else you want to clear your pockets of but keep secure. Shoulder strap has a nice pad on it which is something I've not seen on other bags. Possibly the only bad thing I could say about this bag is that the divider inside the disc compartment is useless and gets in the way because it's not stitched at the bottom. 30 seconds and a pair of scissors and it's out of the way though, so no proeblem. I give this bag a 5 of 5 for it's size, quality, comfort and usability. I've bought 2 and if anything happens that would make me need to replace one of them I'll buy this model again and won't even waste time looking at others.

Golf travel bag cases frequently provide golfers with problems. Among them are the space required for them, the weight and even the price. Some can be really expensive, particularly if you want a bit more protection that a soft cover travel case can provide.

If you have decided to buy a travel case for your golf bag, think on why you want it. Consider the features that would be essential to you, then note down those that would be just nice to have. If you want some protection during your daily drive tom the golf course, your needs will be less that if you are a golf pro traveling the world on the circuits.

You Need a Good Golf Travel Case if you are Flying

Most people who buy golf travel cases are somewhere in between the two. They are regular golfers who like to take their clubs with them when they go on vacation, whether its a long drive or a flight. You need a high degree of protection when flying, since your clubs have to be protected by the rough handling they can get on and off the aircraft. Baggage jockeys are not noted for their soft and careful handling techniques!

Whatever you decide, you also need something that will be fairly easy to get to and from the trunk. It will also have to fit in it, along with any other luggage you are taking with you, but if its only a short trip then you might consider a travel case that doubles as a luggage case. You get golf travel cases that you can fit in a change of clothing and any other overnight kit you need as well as your golf bag and apparel.

Make Sure Your Travel Case is up to the Job

If you are only going to use for short travel periods, and decide on the lightness and easy handling of a soft cover bag, not to mention the more attractive pricing, make sure you get enough protection to suit you. Your bag should be strapped in securely, and your clubs should be secured from rattling around. Some protection for the club heads is also useful.

If you opt for a hard case make sure you can carry it, since if you are traveling alone you will possibly have it and the rest of your luggage to handle. Make sure that the wheels are up to the job, and of course that the case itself adequately protects your clubs. After all, that is what it is for. It should also be easy to store at home when you are not using it. The handles should be good enough to help you lift it to and from the trunk, and the strapping should hold your bag and clubs securely and without rattling.

The Choice of Golf Travel Case is not an Easy One

If you decide what you need before you shop, rather than what would be nice to have, you can save money and own a case that suits your needs best. Golf travel bags cases come in all different sizes and colors and makes, so the choice is not an easy one if you step into a golf shop cold, and without putting the right degree of though to it.

Available in a variety of sizes, the Dunlop Golf Men's LoCo Golf Glove gives you optimum comfort, no matter what the weather. Made of 100-percent premium leather, this glove dries fast and stays soft even after repeated usage. Its custom fit and breathability make it a pleasure to wear.
Customer Review: Soft grip, expands a lot.
I like this glove - it has a very nice soft, tacky grip; however, you may want to buy a size smaller than normal since it expands a lot with wear.
Customer Review: As good as any other...
I have used gloves from all the major brands over the years and have found there is little difference between many of them in terms of durability. Most of the cheaper ones last just as long, or sometimes longer than ones costing five times as much. This glove does the job and provides a comfortable and solid grip on my sticks.

  • While golf is largely considered as a male sport, there are girls - beautiful girls to be exact - who love playing the game as well. And they are always referred to as the golf babes, primarily because men are not so used to having women as golf playmates on the court so much. On official golf tournaments though, women are grouped differently from men to create a leveled playing field.

There are pretty women who are also professional golf players. They are the golf babes of the court, if you would like to describe them that way. These ladies know their craft as much as they know how to look good in front of their audience. More than their physical strength and supreme power on the swing, these ladies are knockouts on the court, distracting men big time. If these babes are your opponents, you'd surely focus on them more rather than on your own target.

Here are some of the most beautiful golf babes of this generation. Note that they are professional golf players on the court. It is just a blessing that they have beautiful faces and sexy bodies as well.

    1. Anna Rawson
Anna Rawson from South Australia is a real golf babe from all possible angles. Ranked as one of the Ten Most Beautiful Female Athletes, she certainly can make heads turn on the golf course. Her golf game is as pretty as her face. And that makes her better than all other players on the field.

    2. Blair O'Neal
Hailing from the land of Stars and Stripes, this pretty girl with a pretty face is one of the best looking blondes on the golf course. And that's not much surprising, considering that she also works as a professional model and a rock star on her free time. Golf is just one of her most serious hobbies. If she's not on the golf course, you can certainly catch her on the club rocking away with loud music or over the catwalk sporting that latest fashion look.

    3. Sarah Kemp
Also from Australia, Sarah Kemp is another babe serious about her golf game more than anything else. A real professional golfer who is present in almost every golfing major event, this fine lady certainly knows who to play with men. She is definitely one of the most beautiful golf babes this year. With her form and her swing, she can make any man's heart melt.

    4. Minea Blomqvist
Minea heads the pack of Finnish golf babes. An LPGA tour player, Minea goes to her homeland every year to participate in the LET's Finnair Masters held in Finland. This year, she was so proud to bring home the trophy. She had beaten Ursula Winkstrom, another Finnish golf babe on the eighteenth hole.

    5. Janell Howland
Janell Howland is one of those blonde golf babes who knew fashion when they see one. As such, she is known to wear the best golf get-up whenever she's on the court. Janell was the defending champion of the Futures Tour held in Lafayette. She is also a participant of the LPGA Q-School qualifiers this year. Janell became a member of the LPGA Tour in 2005.

    6. Shiho Oyama
One of the prettiest Asian golf babes, Shiho Oyama is currently ranked number 43 in the official golf world rankings. A Japanese beauty, Shiho is a regular at the JLPGA but had also played in the US Women's Open just recently. She's currently at the LPGA Q-School qualifiers now.

    7. Cheyenne Woods
An Afro-American golf babe - that's what this girl is. But more than her good looks and her impressive game, Cheyenne Woods is actually the niece of the great Tiger Woods. What do you say? Golf really runs in the blood. Although she is relatively good in her own pace, she's usually compared to her great uncle who currently tops the world rankings. Surely when it comes to feminine beauty and charm, Cheyenne beats his uncle big time.

    8. Anja Moke
She's the queen of German golf babes, that's for sure. Anja turned pro in 2003 and is a regular at the Ladies European Tour. In 2006, she was able to finish 14th in that tour's money list. Her very first LET victory happened in 2008 at the Women's French Open.

Cute golf balls. Gift for 8 yr old boy. Very Good quality. Excellent service and delivery.

"How do I hit the ball farther?" This is the question most people want to answer when they go hunting for golf driving tips. The fact is, it is more important to get consistency and accuracy rather than great distance. This is one reason that Tiger Woods stated for changing his swing. His results seem to bear out this assertion. His new swing gives him more consistent results and lets him win more tournaments, whereas his old swing gave more distance but less control, making for more variable tournament positions.

Even as amateurs and weekend golfers, we too, should learn this lesson. Our first step should be to develop a consistent swing with each of our clubs, rather than aiming for greater distance. Once we can hit the ball the same distance, to the same location every time, then we can increase the power of our swing to get more distance.

The first step is to learn when to use which clubs. In general, to hit long distances, you need to use the woods. To hit mid-ranges with greater accuracy, you use the irons. For shot distance, you use the putter. To get out of trouble and hazards, you use the wedges. As a beginner, you should keep things simple. Try to use irons with the same length shaft. This is called the 1-Iron or single-length system. With this simplification, you only need to learn 1 swing for all your irons, compared to 10 different swings for the usual case. You may want to avoid the hybrid clubs at first. These clubs are more versatile, but are still a relatively new concept and have not been standardized yet. This makes them difficult to fit into your game.

The next step is to identify the principles which are common to all great swings. Here is a list of the most commonly accepted elements:

    • Proper stance (for you) - The proper stance gives you good balance and a stable position to swing your club. The difficulty comes in because it also needs to take into account the length of your club and the position of the ball. Remember that the correct stance for your golfing buddy who out-scores you could be too stiff for you. Or it could be too unstable for you. You need to develop your own stance.
    • Flexibility - Your body needs to be flexible. You can't hit the ball properly if your muscles are all tensed up. There is a good reason why even professional heavyweight boxers are still smaller sized than weight-lifters and bodybuilders. They sacrifice some of that muscle for more flexibility, which gives them more power when they punch. The same principle holds true for golfers, when you swing your club to hit the ball.
    • Correct swing mechanics - You need to learn how to swing the club correctly, keeping in mind that the swing for a wood is different than the swing for an iron, etc. A training technique you can borrow from some Chinese martial arts is to start slow and relaxed. Once you get the correct movement, you gradually add more speed and power to your swing. Do remember to also practice your follow-through.

Do you have these 3 problems with your golf swing: 1) inconsistency; 2) slice; 3) distance? Click here to find out how to improve your golf swing.

If you want to combine amazing prices with an incredible golf hotel, Spain is where you need to go. The service is at European levels, the grounds are incredible, the golf is even better and the prices are affordable.

In Costa del Sol in Spain, you'll find the Valderrama Golf Club in Sotogrande, a 6,857-yard, Robert Trent Jones designed golf course that annually hosts the Volvo Masters and has been described as the most visually striking course in continental Europe.

But that's not the only hot course in the region or the country. Costa del Sol is home to 36 courses alone and Spain itself offers hundreds of both public and private courses for you to enjoy. To find out more about the region and the best courses, keep reading.

    Andalusia and Coast Line

Costa del Sol is located in Andalusia and it's only a 50 minute flight from Madrid. Along this incredible coastline, there are piles of amazing courses. Aside from the golf though, you can enjoy beautiful Spanish towns, hike nearby hills or simply lie by the beach and relax.

    Recommended Golf Courses

For those not up to the demands of Valderrama, try The Golf Club Marbella (011)-(34)-(5) 283-0500, another Robert Trent Jones layout set amid the rolling countryside near this famous resort town; the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas (011)-(34)-(5) 281-0875, a favorite of King Juan Carlos I; or the thrilling Golf Torrequebrada (011)-(34)-(5) 244-2742, where the holes plunge into valleys and follow tortuous routes over heaving hills.

    Other Activities in the Area

The Costa del Sol region is bursting with new hotels and even newer condo developments. But, you can still enjoy the beach, marinas and the numerous casinos that pepper the harbors and coasts. If you're feeling bored of golf, then charter a boat for a fishing trip or take an excursion to nearby cities such as Seville.

But no matter what your pleasure, whether it's golf, a cultural adventure, or even a short ferry ride to Morocco from the port town of Algeciras - at day's end, eat and drink heartily, because on the Costa del Sol, particularly at its many beachside restaurants, the no-frills cooking is pescadito sardines and small squid or calamaritos, usually roasted on spits and, best of all, served with famous sweet Malaga wines.

    Places to Stay

If you need a golf hotel, Spain has a number of great resorts in the Andalusia region. When your taste is old-school style and luxury, then try the Marbella Club Hotel. On the other hand, if you want something a little more modern and budget-friendly, try the Atalaya Park Golf Hotel and Resort. Finally, for the best in five-star golf, stay at the Fairplay Golf Hotel and Spa.

How to strike a Golf ball straight and cleanly, and consistently? This is a life-long challenging objective for every golfer. Golf is a different sport from others such as tennis or basketball. Golf is a target game with striking a ball which is paused in the ground. Yet, it is not easy to strike a ball cleanly even though a ball is sitting quietly on the ground.

We all understand that it is not easy to hit the ball perfectly all the time, but we want to minimize the chance of mis-hitting.

Here are some critical tips that help anybody to strike a ball straight and cleanly.

    1. First, Posture. Straighten out your left arm with easiness.

    2. Lift up left shoulder and lower down right shoulder. Do not lean to the right, but make sure your stance is straight up and lift and lower shoulders very vertically.

    3. While lowering right shoulder, make sure your right arm is touching lower right side of stomach.

    4. This form ensures that your starting posture will be almost the same as your posture at the time of striking the ball. This is very important concept because it will reduce the possibility of poor striking.

    5. Second, Swing plane. Think of plane that is surrounding your body and chest and stomach.

    6. Imagine there are three points, one is handle and second is the spot where right arm is touching the stomach, and third one is far right side around your hip.

    7. Visualize that these there points are gliding along the swing plane, and make sure swing plane is aiming the target dead straight.

    8. Do your normal swing. Your left arm should be the guidance and should glide on the swing plane.

    9. You can apply this posture to putting as well. You will putt the ball very straight.

    10. Practice several times to make this a part your natural swing, and have a confidence. You will see the difference.

Enjoy Golfing without stress!! Be a real winner!!

And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethpage Black, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent forth two of his disciples. (Mark 11:1 K.J.V.) "Verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall have great length on Earth shall have unheard of length in Heaven", said Jesus to his disciples. And so the quest for great length off the tee began.

Every golfer is searching for the secret to golf. The secret is that there is a secret to golf, and you are about to learn it. Everyone knows that money is the root of all evil. Jesus commanded everyone to sell all of their possessions and to give all of the money to the poor. Are there any Christians on Earth today? When Jesus entered the Temple in Jerusalem he began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, and he said, Is it not written, My House shall be called of all nations the House of Prayer? But ye have made it a den of thieves. (Mark 11:15-17).

During the time of Christ, golfers used wooden golf balls and wooden golf clubs made from the hickory tree. Then, in the early 1600s, the featherie golf ball was invented. The featherie golf ball was a hand sewn cowhide bag stuffed with goose feathers and painted. Because it flew so beautifully, it lasted for 200 years. In 1848 Reverend Doctor Robert Adams hardened the sap of the gutta percha tree into latex and invented the gutta percha golf ball, which replaced the featehrie golf ball from 1850 until 1900, when rubber took over. The rubber balls lasted until 1930. Todays balls have a titanium metal core with many layers of surlyn and balata coverings. Golf club shafts evolved from hickory tree wood with persimmon tree heads to steel shafts and now to graphite shafts with very large titanium heads. Despite the incredible advances in golf club and golf ball technology, the handicaps of male and female golfers have not gone down, according to noted author and custom club fitter Steven Passarell. How could this be? Here is the answer.

Famed Psychiatrist and 9 Handicap Sigmund Freud explained the human ego: The human ego is the part of the cerebellum concerned most with feeling like a great human being. In many cases of over developed cerebelli, the human being begins to believe that in a prior life, he was the Messiah Jesus Christ, or Napoleon Bonaparte, as a defense mechanism to the haranguing of over critical parents and the resulting wounded ego. (Austrian Journal of Medicine Volume XXIV, page 69). Golf club and golf ball manufacturers have known forever that the most important thing to the male and female golfer, the cure for an ego wounded in childhood is distance off the tee.

According to Stephen Hawking, the worlds greatest scientist, the Earth is 5 billion years old. A mere 2,500 years ago in Gehenna, just south of Jerusalem, in the valley of Gehinnom, the Jewish and non Jewish people of the land of Canaan used to sacrifice their first born male children on fire altars to the God Baal aka Beelzebub aka Satan. The drummers beat their drums loudly to drown out the screams of the burning alive babies. Golf club and golf ball manufacturers have known forever that golfers were perfectly willing to sacrifice accuracy and $500 for added distance off the tee. Their first clue was when golfers in the long drive competition would throw down their driver after their massive hit, and beat their chests with both fists, like the apes with which humans have 99% the same DNA.

From the time of Jesus Christ until the time of Jack Nicklaus, scientists knew that the exactly perfect length for the mens driver was 43. It didnt matter how tall you were because God gave taller players longer arms. Every golf club manufacturer from the time of Jesus until the time of Jack knew that if you made the driver shaft even 1/8 of an inch longer, the golfer would hit into the ground, and in an effort not to hit into the ground, the golfer would make swing changes and then begin to spray the ball all over the park. This is why at long driving contests the fairway is the width of a football field and the golfers with their long shafts are still blowing it out of bounds.

In the 1990s golf club manufacturers began to make the driver shafts 2 and 3 inches longer, 45 and 46. They marketed the fact that these golf clubs hit the ball further and golfers did not care if their 300 yard drive flew two fairways over that made the drive seem even longer. Ladies drivers went from the standard 42.5 inches used by Mary Magdalene and Kathy Whitworth to 44 and 45. As Nike Golf made millions selling 45 drivers, Tiger Woods continued to play with 43 steel shafted Nike drivers, and Tiger continued to lead in driving distance and piled up major after major playing against Pros who had switched to the 45 driver trying to match Tigers distance. Augusta National lengthened their golf course after Tiger won the Masters at 18 under. Jack Nicklaus and Slammin Sammy Snead hit the ball 300 yards right down the middle using 43 steel shafts with persimmon tree heads. The whole time that Tiger was on his major rampage, Nike Golf refused to make drivers with 43 shafts available to the public.

Billions of dollars of advertising have gone into convincing the public that 45 and 46 drivers are the next best thing to the arrival of Jesus Christ. Taylor Made and Titleist and Callaway and Nike Golf are making fortunes selling these too long shafts, and the PGA of America couldnt be happier. Their 32,000 golf professionals are making a fortune teaching golfers how to hit their too long woods and irons a feat impossible for the average golfer, which leads to endless lessons and purchases of golf books and golf magazines filled with golf tips and videos and CDs and golf swing training accessories. Suddenly, along comes Peter Kessler hawking the Perfect Club, because it goes straight, but the Perfect Driver loses about 75 yards in distance because get this, the shaft is 42 inches. The inch decrease costs the golfer a ton of yardage.

The first big golf company coming out with a graphite shafted 43 driver with a titanium head, with the new Prov1x golf ball, is going to wipe out the rest of the other golf club manufacturers, and bring the average handicap down by 8 shots, because there is no loss of distance, and the ball goes dead straight. In the meantime men cut your shaft down to 43 and ladies cut your shafts down to 42.5 inches. There will be no loss in accuracy or distance. Until then, choke up on your driver 2 and watch the ball fly long and straight off that big sweet spot time after time again. Shaving 8 shots off your score instantaneously should be a good thing for your ego and your bank account. This will also speed up pace of play, David Fay. Hasnt your ego suffered enough humiliation hunting for your $5 golf ball in the trees yet? In our next installment we will discuss how your golf club manufacturers silently de-lofted all of your club heads turning your 9 iron into a 7 iron to make you think that you are hitting your shaft lengthened de-lofted 9 iron farther. Didnt Jack use his towering ball flight to hold the greens at Augusta? The pros have their clubs custom made. You arent using the same clubs they are. Only the label is the same.

Speaking of Jesus, the X factor golf swing has been heralded as a way to improve your distance. It means that you keep your left heel down, make a tiny hip turn and a big shoulder turn to hit the ball farther. A noted former PGA tour player turned orthopedic surgeon, Bill Mallon, M.D., calls this the fastest way to blow out your back and wind up in excruciating life long pain, in his book, The Golf Doctor: How to Play a Better Healthier Round of Golf. Didnt Jack do OK letting his left heel come 2 off the ground? The surgeon recommends letting it come up even farther to save your back. Harry Vardons came up about 5 inches. Jesus recommended three. There is no need to sacrifice your back in your quest for added length off the tee. Try a longer driver, or a new golf psychologist. The only people not benefiting from these long shafts are the golfers. Everyone else, the whole golf industry, is laughing all the way to the bank.

Customer Review: Yeah, these are the best balls you can hit, but they aren't error correcting because
Yeah, these are the best balls you can hit, but they aren't error correcting because they are designed to be power faded and sliced. This means they won't attempt to error correct like a "Straight" ball. Pro players love Pro v1's since they can side spin them with "english" to power fade them around the dogleg. If you have a slice or hook, this ball will only remind you of your imperfections as your $5+ golf ball glides into the rough, marsh or the water hazard. The best Pro v1 tip, wait until you are consistently hitting straight before you buy them, until then, consider the Titlelist NXT, you can also use the NXT tour but the tour version is meant for shot shapers and will mimic the Pro v1 when it comes to showing off your imperfections.
Customer Review: Mostly good balls but included 4 Practice balls
Most of the balls are in good shape, 4 are practice balls so not worth much. About 70% of the balls have logos on them but overall decent quality balls for the price.

Weighing in at only 3.8 oz makes the SkyCaddie SG2.5 the lightest weight rangefinder on the market today. This is possibly one of the reasons why it actually gets used by many of its owners rather than left behind.

Even though it is so small and light it still has a fair amount of punch behind it comprising of a lot of useful features. Not full of flashy stuff but just what you need to get on with and enjoy your round of Golf, while helping improve your game by taking a lot of the guesswork out of it.

With such a compact Golf GPS it is surprising to learn that it uses the patented Intelligreen software that allows the player to see the full depth of the green from whichever way you are approaching it. On top of this it uses the SkyCaddie human mappings for its course data where there are actual people go to each course and map each feature of every hole by hand. This information is then checked three times for each hazard and hole. This is claimed to give more accurate data than the more normal satellite information that its competitors use.

All the above information is displayed on a large clear grey scale display which is readable in all lighting conditions.

With one touch user controls and easy to use software package it is no surprise that it is a popular Golf GPS with many golfers recommending it over its competitors.

The unit will hold up to 10 courses information at any one time there is also a rather unique option to be able to use a expansion card to increase its memory.

Unfortunately this unit does not come with the feature to save and analyze your rounds information as many of the other Golf GPS do.

While researching this SkyCaddie SG2.5 Golf GPS review we found some negative comments about the software installation and setup of the unit on Windows computers. This combined with the fact that they claim to have had poor help from the SkyCaddie customer support left some users very frustrated with their new purchase.

Most users are happy with the unit once they figure out how to get the SkyCaddie SG2.5 set up and ready to go. So if you are confident with installing and using software on your computer and do not require a Golf GPS with loads of flashy features and buttons then this could be the unit for you. If not then you may be better off looking to some of its competitors.

You can visit http://www.YardageRangefinder.com for complete SkyCaddie SG2.5 reviews, overviews and user feedback as well as reviews for all the top golf GPS units on the market.

Customer Review: Play Nine...fun for all!
My husband and I visited my son and daughter who now reside in Chicago and were there to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. We spent the evening making pizzas and playing "Play Nine". My husband is NOT a game player but joined in and when the rest of us were ready to call it a night at 11:30 p.m. he was ready to start another round of this game. It was fun and enjoyable to play a game that allowed "visiting" as well.
Customer Review: Hours of Fun the whole family can play - ages 4 to 99
We play this game whenever we get together with extended family (ages 8 months to 68); the youngest cousin that plays is 4 and he understands the game and can play with all of us; it is also a fun game where you can use a bit of strategy when the kids have gone to bed and it is just the adults; a definite great gift idea for any golf playing family member or friend; we play for hours at a time and no one ever gets tired of the game. Five stars all the way! Buy this game and start having fun!

Anyone interested in adding an extra 20 - 30 yards to your golf drives?

Just follow this quick tip and you'll have to go through and re-do all of your yardages for every club in your bag.

The secret is not some core rotational exercise (although those can be awesome).

No, this is so simple that you won't believe it until you try it.

It's all about the placement of YOUR TONGUE!

I first learned about the position of the tongue increasing overall strength while over in India. One of my gurus would explain that it helped to "complete the circuit" and give him strength and stamina while holding static Yoga poses.

Of course it sounded kinda weird, but then again, this dude could hold a handstand for over an hour! He probably only stopped there out of boredom. But the guy was definitely onto something.

So what does this have to do with you and increasing your golf drives?

Here's all you have to do to find out:

Gently place your tongue up on the roof of your mouth, with the tip resting against the back of your front top teeth. Gently hold it in that position while you swing.

This will "close the circuit"...whatever the heck that means.

Actually, I do know at least one theory, but let's just keep this results-oriented.

Let me be clear about this - it should be gentle and subtle. Do NOT focus on it so that it becomes yet another swing thought.

To try this out for yourself, simply go to the range and warm up. Then pick a club and hit 10 balls "without tongue" and note the distance. Then hit 10 ball "with tongue" and compare. Be sure to compare only those shots with similar quality of contact.

The chances are very good that you will notice increased distance on your golf drives when you "add a little tongue".

Intech Tri Trac 3-Wheel Pull Golf Cart

Tired of lugging around your heavy golf bag? Turn to the Intech Tri Trac three-wheel pull cart. Boasting dual-strut reinforcement and designer wheels with anti-slide treads, the cart makes an ideal accessory for golf courses everywhere. The cart offers such features as nylon bag straps with snap-lock buckles to secure your golf bag and clubs, an adjustable handle, an easy two-step folding design for storage, a waterproof scorecard holder, and a detachable water bottle.

    Customer Review: good cart
So far, it seems to be a very good cart, it goes smoothly. I hope it stays long...
    Customer Review: Bargain 3-wheel cart
Got mine for a song at a local K's merchandise, and it's fine. It's no pneumatic-spoked-tire Bag Boy, but you're not paying that price, either. I'd prefer a "drink cup" to the special water bottle they provide, but that's a small quibble. The pencil holder design is a little poor, as is the score card holder. As far as pushing/pulling the cart goes, it does nicely. The non-detachable, fold-under third wheel is clever and time-saving. I like this cart much more than this review comes across. As soon as I can make mine stop pulling to the left, I'll REALLY like it!

Nike Ignite Recycled Golf Balls (48 Pack Assorted)

Nike's Ignite golf balls offer longer distances, penetrating ball flight, and amazing multilayer feel and control, making them ideal for a wide range of players and swing types. Each ball features a hot and responsive core with an exceptional energy return, creating an explosive initial velocity that adds serious distance to your drives. The ball's mantle layer, meanwhile, reduces driver spin while still responding to more aggressive strikes, helping you optimize your trajectory in high winds. Finally, the Ignite's seamless 408-dimple design promotes a penetrating ball flight while keeping the soft Surlyn feel and encouraging a longer roll. The 36-pack of recycled golf balls is a must for golfers looking to add a little extra oomph to their game.

Customer Review: Good Balls, Great Price!
8 out of 48 had logos, but all 48 balls were in extremely good condition. Only about 3 of them looked like they had played 18 holes or more. The rest looked new or almost new. Good deal for somebody who wants a great ball at a great price. I hit the ball 280-310 yards off the tee consistently, and these balls performed in that range both in the midwest and in Arizona in the summertime. Give them a try!
    Customer Review: Great Value
Great Price for good balls, only 3 with corporate logos and 4 out of the 36 were noticeably nicked or marked. Great balls for beginners or for those that don't want to spend a lot for higher priced golf balls.

LSU Golf Club Headcovers Set of 3 - Nylon

With so much confusion out there about the golf swing, this may be the best way for you to feel how the wrist hinges in the golf swing. It's something that you see the pros doing all of the time, but you may not have picked up that this is an excellent way for you to learn the wrist cock in the swing.

Have you ever watched John Daly practice hitting golf balls with only his left hand on the club? He'll stand with the club resting on the ground beside him, with his hand on the club. You'll notice that his hand is on top of the club, not with the back of the wrist pointing to the target. You must have the club in the fingers of your left hand in order to achieve the proper wrist cock.

Try it next time you are out at the range. Be aware of how the clubhead sits behind the ball and how your hand feels on the grip. You will notice that instead of you feeling like the face of the club and the back of your hand are positioned together facing the target, your hand will be in a much stronger position. It's more like your thumb is sitting behind the clubface and this is what controls the clubhead. Now swing back using just your left hand(for right-handed golfers, of course). You should feel as you swing back that the wrist cocks up towards your right shoulder. Your wrist will stay strong and not break down into a bowed position.

Now swing down at the ball. Your wrist will uncock naturally. You will feel the back of your left wrist staying straight in line with your forearm. When the weight of the clubhead has pulled the wrist down as far as it will go, the forearm will turn over. If your follow-through is only about hip-high, you will sense that your wrist is flat and strong as steel. This is the feeling that you are shooting for. Once you learn how the wrist hinges up like this, your full swings will be a whole lot better. The swinging of the clubhead releases the wrist cock like it should. You clubface will come into the ball square giving you better distance and accuracy and your whole game will get better.

Watch the pros next time a tournament is on and see if you can catch them doing this wrist cock drill. Try it for yourself around the house.

Now about that trailing hand. If you have taken the proper golf grip, with the lifeline of your trailing hand sitting on top of your other thumb, it is a lot easier for you to feel the wrist cock in your right hand. It will feel like the crease made by your forefinger and thumb follows the path of the clubface. Let your right hand just ride along with the role that the controlling hand takes. You will notice that you can fire your right side down through the ball easily and confidently. Or, as Johnny Miller says, "Cover the ball with your right hand".
